Food Diary January 25, 2023

I am not really tracking my calories, more so tracking my macro percentages and making sure I am following serving sizes on all foods I eat.

Instant mashed potatoes, not a full package, with greek yogurt, bacon, and cheese to make them loaded mashed potatoes

A large chicken breast with steak seasoning on it cooked in 2T bacon grease because I need to get it used up. After the bacon grease is gone I will be using olive oil.

For a snack I had an oreo mcflurry

I drank 64 oz of water. That is the same as 1/2 gallon OR if you're a visual person like me it is a juice container.

I saved some juice containers from the store and make 1/2 gallon of water with a flavor tube at a time and drink that all day long. Some days I drink more than one but I try to aim for at least one daily.

I walked around Walmart for about 30 minutes and that was my exercise today.

If anyone has any suggestions on what to try next for foods or new exercises to try I am open to those ideas.
